Basic Eligibility

mcwbn's services are open only to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (for 21+ only).
• You must be able to provide your personal and financial information accurately.
• You are participating on this platform voluntarily and at your own responsibility.
• Your account has not been permanently closed previously.
• You agree to follow the responsible gaming guidelines.

Registration Rules

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of account registration.

• Your name, address, date of birth, and contact details must be correct.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and not share it with anyone else.
• Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to mcwbn's support team immediately.
• The account may not be transferred, sold, or rented to any third party.
• If you need to change any information provided during registration, please contact support.

Account Security

Keeping your login information secure is solely your responsibility. mcwbn will never ask for your password by phone or email. If anyone asks for your password, treat it as fraud and notify our support team. If any suspicious activity is detected on your account, mcwbn may automatically suspend the account temporarily.

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at mcwbn: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Sonali Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account quickly; if there is any delay, please contact support.
• mcwbn reserves the right to investigate any deposit.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be held pending.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus balance.
• If there is suspicious activity, mcwbn reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

• Condition to receive the bonus: the first deposit must be at least ৳200.
• Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 15 (on the bonus only, not on the deposit).
• Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may not count equally toward wagering across all games.
• A user can receive the welcome bonus only once.

General Bonus Terms

Any bonus or promotion offered at mcwbn will have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the promotions page. The following general rules apply to all promotions:

• Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or device will be treated as fraud.
• Bonus balance cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
• mcwbn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of fraudulent use of a bonus is found, the entire bonus may be forfeited.

Sports Betting

mcwbn offers betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC), football (including the FIFA World Cup), kabaddi, and various other sports. The following rules must be followed when betting.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed; however, if an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Betting markets close at a set time before a match begins.
• mcwbn is not responsible for losses resulting from connection issues during live betting.
• mcwbn reserves the right to review or cancel bets in cases of suspicious betting patterns.
• mcwbn reserves the right to cancel any bet placed at odds affected by a technical error.

Odds & Payouts

All odds are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). mcwbn may adjust odds at any time in line with market conditions. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. The official announcement from the relevant sports authority will be considered final in determining results.

General Casino Rules

mcwbn offers games from many leading game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming, among others. The following rules must be followed when playing these games.

• Each game's own rules are stated within the game itself; it is recommended to read them before playing.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, the result will be determined based on the record for that round.
• If evidence of a technical error in a game result is found, mcwbn may cancel that round and refund the wager.

Users will generally be notified by email before an account is closed. However, in cases of serious violation, the account may be closed without prior notice.

Limits of Liability

mcwbn is committed to providing the safest and most reliable service possible. However, mcwbn is not liable in the following situations:

• Losses arising from internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or mistake.
• Unexpected technical errors beyond mcwbn's control.

Right to Amend

mcwbn reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• A notice will be sent to the registered email before any significant changes.
• The updated terms will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be changed.
• Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw any available balance.
